This practice will help to relieve the effects of negative stress we all experience in daily life, and can be great in times of fatigue, illness, overwhelm and emotional strain.
What to wear:
Loose comfortable and warm clothing and socks (onesies are welcome)
What to bring:
A blanket and a bolster (if you have one)

What is restorative yoga?
Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely. During deep relaxation the organ systems of the body are completely benefitted. Whilst bringing symmetry to the body other results include deep relaxation which can reduce blood pressure, serum triglycerides and blood sugar levels, increase the “good cholesterol” levels, as well as improve digestion and fertility. Eliminate and reduce muscle tension, insomnia and fatigue. Whether you’ve practised yoga before or are new to yoga this practice is for everybody’s body. We all deserve a little nurturing, nourishing and love so give yourself the gift of relaxation because you are totally worth it.
