Give yourself permission to simply Relax…Release…Restore…And to let go.
We work very hard in our lives, and while we may sleep, we rarely take time to rest. We are all in need of nourishing and nurturing especially before we move in to the busy Christmas period. We tend to burn ourselves out and stress levels are very high around this time of year which is why it’s important to give yourself some time out. It was so popular last year and the general feedback was
“Can we do this every week?” “The class wasn’t long enough” “I felt amazing after the class and loved every minute of it”.
This year I will be teaching a two hour restorative yoga class in Milton Keynes. You will be so rested and relaxed that you will just float home after the class.
What is restorative yoga?
Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely. During deep relaxation the organ systems of the body are completely benefitted. Whilst bringing symmetry to the body other results include deep relaxation which can reduce blood pressure, serum triglycerides and blood sugar levels, increase the “good cholesterol” levels, as well as improve digestion and fertility. Eliminate and reduce muscle tension, insomnia and fatigue. Whether you’ve practised yoga before or are new to yoga this practice is for everybody’s body. We all deserve a little nurturing, nourishing and love so give yourself the gift of relaxation because you are worth it.
