Whether you want to unwind after a long day, manage chronic pain, or simply enjoy a deeply relaxing session, restorative yoga has something to offer everyone. You can join these soothing sessions from the comfort of your own home, even in your pyjamas! We use cushions, blankets, bolsters, and other props to support our poses, allowing you to roll straight into bed afterward for a great night’s sleep. When you wake up, you’ll feel re-energised and restored!
