My Vision
As the UK workforce demands more; our personal and family time becomes less; obesity levels, particularly in children continue to rise.
I am a leading provider of Vinyasa Flow Yoga in Milton Keynes and Bletchley, offering beginners, advanced and classes for pregnant women. My classes are relaxed, friendly, and suitably structured to help you feel good about yourself and feel healthier.
I teach at both public and private health clubs including Bletchley Leisure Centre, Bannatynes Health Club and Fit4Less in Central Milton Keynes. Classes are from as little as £4.50 per session.
As a Certified Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance I can safely say that Yoga offers substantial health and fitness benefits, including flexibility, strength, improved breathing and balance. There are also studies that conclude that Yoga is also very good for weight loss and helps to reduces stress, insomnia and risk of injury. Plus, it is known to also help high blood pressure, heart disease and depression.
The great thing about Yoga is that is also compliments other sports and activities; it mentally promotes alignment, mental calmness and you are never too old to reap the benefits. As we get older, our joint range of motion decreases, Yoga can alleviate this decline.
Flexibility: stretching and moving in new directions will aid in greater flexibility and improved range of motion. In time, many of the major muscle groups and joints such as the hamstrings, hips, lower and upper back and shoulders will have greater flexibility.
Strength: Yoga promotes strength and as you become more familiar with the various positions and you are able to hold them for longer, you will begin to support the weight of your own body in new ways, including balancing on one leg (such as in Tree Pose) or supporting yourself with your arms (such as in Downward Facing Dog).
Muscle tone: As you become stronger, muscle tone also develops and it encourages long, lean muscles. Celebrities such as Madonna and Demi Moore have maintained their great shape and look through practicing Yoga.
Balance: As you become older, your balance often deteriorates. Yoga is a great way to improve balance, because many of the positions such as standing on one leg, and inversions build core strength and stability.
I welcome all abilities to my Yoga classes in Milton Keynes and Bletchley.

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
While there’s scope for more rigorous studies on yoga’s health benefits, most studies suggest that yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity, especially strength, flexibility and balance.
