What should I wear?

Loose fitting clothing, you must be comfortable and please be prepared to practice in bare feet.

What should I bring?

Water, it is important that you stay hydrated throughout your day and your class.

A blanket (optional for relaxation sessions)

*Yoga mat

*There is a limited number of yoga mats available in some venues but if you wish to bring your own mat you are very welcome.
